This notice applies to all ten go365 dApps: CHICKEN, MINES, PUMP, LIMBO, PLINKO, WHEEL, FLIP, DICE, KENO and DRAGON-TOWER (each, an "app").
1. Ownership of Content
All intellectual property rights in each app, including but not limited to the software code, graphics, user interface design, sound effects, and brand assets (the "Content"), are owned by go365.
2. Grant of License
Each app is licensed, not sold. By installing and using an app, users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Content for private, non-commercial purposes only, subject to the terms of the platform.
3. Restrictions
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling the software.
- Modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the Content.
- Using any automated systems or software to extract data from an app for commercial purposes.
4. Digital Assets & Credits
In-game credits are granted free of charge, at 100 credits per connected wallet per day, and are recorded on the user's device. They are not sold and cannot be purchased. All in-game credits and digital assets:
- Are licensed to the user for in-app use only.
- Do not constitute property of the user.
- Have no real-world monetary value.
- Contain no cash-out or redemption mechanism for real-world currency or cryptocurrency.
5. Termination
The developer reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if the user violates these terms or any applicable laws and regulations.
