Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how go365 ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in relation to our dApps: CHICKEN, MINES, PUMP, LIMBO, PLINKO, WHEEL, FLIP, DICE, KENO and DRAGON-TOWER (each, an "app"). It applies to all ten apps equally, because they all work the same way.
1. Information We Collect
- Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or dates of birth.
- Accounts: The apps have no account system. There is no registration, no login, and no user profile.
- Device Data: Each app runs locally on your device. We do not track your location, read your contacts, or access your private files.
- Gameplay Data: Game progress, settings and credit balances are held on your device. We operate no server of our own and never receive them. The only information that leaves your device is described in Section 6.
2. Wallet Connection
Each app can connect to a Solana wallet.
- Purpose: Your public wallet address is used solely as an identifier, so that the app can tell one user from another and grant the daily free credits described in Section 5. The app also performs a read-only query of the publicly available balance for that address.
- No Transactions: The apps do not create, request, sign, or submit any blockchain transaction. Nothing is transferred to or from your wallet by our apps.
- Private Keys: We never ask for, receive, or have access to your private keys or seed phrase. Connecting a wallet only authorises the app to read your public address.
- Public Data: Information already recorded on the Solana blockchain is public by nature. We neither control nor own that infrastructure.
3. Data Storage
- Local Storage: Your wallet address, credit balance, the timestamp of your last daily credit grant, and your game progress and settings are stored in your device's secure storage. They stay on the device.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share user data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Device Permissions
Each app declares a small set of Android system permissions. None of them gives an app access to your personal content, and none of them causes a permission prompt to appear.
- Internet access and network state: used to reach your wallet application, to read the public balance of the connected address from a public Solana RPC endpoint, and to send the crash and error reports described in Section 6.
- Vibration: used for short haptic feedback during gameplay.
- Audio settings: declared by those apps that have sound effects, so that those effects play at the correct volume level.
- An app-private broadcast permission: created automatically by the Android framework and named after the app's own package. It works only inside the app and grants no access to anything else on your device.
We do not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, call logs, files or photos, or to biometric sensors such as your fingerprint. The apps do not play audio in the background and do not draw over other apps.
5. In-Game Credits
- Credits are granted free of charge: each connected wallet receives 100 credits once per day.
- Credits cannot be bought. The apps offer nothing for sale and accept no payment of any kind, in cryptocurrency or in fiat currency.
- Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, withdrawn, transferred, or converted into cryptocurrency or fiat currency.
- Credits are used only to play rounds inside the app in which they were granted.
- We do not track individual spending habits, because no purchases take place.
6. Third-Party Services
Three third parties may receive information when you use an app. We do not sell data to any of them.
- Wallet Providers: When you choose to connect a wallet, the app communicates with your wallet application (for example Phantom or Solflare). Your use of that wallet is governed by its own privacy policy, not this one.
- Solana RPC: To read the public balance of a connected address, the app queries a public Solana RPC endpoint. That endpoint receives the public address being queried and, as with any network request, your device's IP address.
- Crash and Error Reporting: The apps use Sentry (sentry.io) to report crashes and errors so that we can fix them. A report may include the error itself, the app version, and device and operating system information. These reports do not include your wallet address, your game progress, or your credit balance. Sentry processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
7. Data Deletion
You can remove everything our apps have stored, at any time, without contacting us. There is no account to delete and no request procedure to follow, because we hold no personal data on our side.
- Disconnect your wallet: using the logout option in the app ends the session and revokes the app's authorisation to read your wallet address.
- Clear the app's storage: in your device settings, clear the storage or data of the app. This removes the stored wallet record, credit balance and game progress.
- Uninstall the app: uninstalling removes the app and the data it has stored on that device.
Please note that clearing this data also clears the record of your daily credit grants, and that information recorded on the Solana blockchain is public and outside our control, so it cannot be deleted by us or by you.
If you have any question about deletion, contact us at hoangphuongtu021299@gmail.com.
8. Children's Privacy
Our apps are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
- Every app is published with a minimum age of 18 and the corresponding age rating in its store listing, so that platform-level age restrictions and parental controls apply to installation.
- The apps request no personal information from any user, so no personal information can be collected from a child.
- If you are a parent or guardian and believe a person under 18 has used one of our apps, uninstalling the app removes all data stored on that device, as described in Section 7.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this website, and the "Last Updated" date above shows when it last changed.
