Terms of Use, License & Transparency Declaration

These terms apply to all ten go365 dApps: CHICKEN, MINES, PUMP, LIMBO, PLINKO, WHEEL, FLIP, DICE, KENO and DRAGON-TOWER (each, an "app"). By installing or using an app, you agree to these terms.

1. Software License

This software and all associated files are the exclusive property of the developer. No part of this application may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written permission, except as permitted by the platform's terms of service.

2. Transparency & Compliance Statement

2.1 Game Logic & Fairness

Each app is a single-player application played against the app itself. There are no other players, no matchmaking, and no leaderboards.

The outcome of a round is generated at the moment that round begins, and it is settled from then on. Nothing you do while the round is in progress changes it, and it is never adjusted in response to how you are playing — revealing a tile, stopping, or continuing only uncovers a result that already exists. The same rules apply to every round, and the whole calculation happens locally on your device: no outcome is requested from, or decided by, a server.

2.2 In-Game Credits

Credits are the unit each app uses to play a round.

How they are obtained: credits are granted free of charge. Each connected wallet receives 100 credits once per day, recorded on your device.
How they cannot be obtained: credits are not for sale. The apps accept no payment of any kind and make no blockchain transaction. It is not possible to buy, top up, or otherwise acquire credits with cryptocurrency, with fiat currency, or by any other means.
What they are used for: credits are consumed by playing rounds within the app that granted them. They are not transferable between apps, between wallets, or between users.
Value: in-game credits have no real-world monetary value and are not a token, a security, or any other financial instrument.

2.3 Strict No Cash-Out Policy

IMPORTANT: The apps do not support any form of withdrawal or "play-to-earn" mechanism.

In-game credits cannot be exchanged, refunded, withdrawn, or converted back into cryptocurrency or fiat currency.
Playing a round can only increase or decrease a balance of free credits held on your device. No round can result in a gain or a loss of money or of any asset of value.

2.4 Wallet Connection

A Solana wallet may be connected to an app for identification only, so that the daily free credits can be granted to a given address, and to read that address's publicly available balance. The apps do not create, request, sign, or submit blockchain transactions, and never have access to your private keys or seed phrase.

2.5 Legal Compliance

The developer declares that these applications:

Do not facilitate or promote any form of gambling. No consideration is paid to play, and no prize of monetary value can be won.
Do not operate as a financial exchange, payment service, or money transmitter.
Operate as single-player logic applications for personal entertainment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to install or use an app. By using an app you confirm that you meet this requirement. Each app is published with a minimum age of 18 and the corresponding age rating in its store listing. If you are below this age, do not install or use the apps.

You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the apps is permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

When using an app, you agree not to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software.
Modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the software or its assets.
Tamper with, falsify, or manipulate locally stored data, including credit balances and game progress, or use any tool, script, or automated system to do so.
Use the apps for any commercial purpose, or extract data from them by automated means.
Use the apps for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner that interferes with their normal operation.

5. Termination

This license is granted for as long as you comply with these terms. It terminates automatically if you breach them, and you must then stop using the apps and uninstall them. We may also discontinue an app, or any part of it, at any time. Because we hold no account and no data on our side, you may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app.

6. Disclaimer

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. In-game credits carry no value, and we make no commitment to preserve credit balances or game progress, which are stored on your device and may be lost if that data is cleared, if the device is lost, or if the app is uninstalled.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this website, and the "Last Updated" date above shows when it last changed.
